Upland Real Estate








Upland is a city located at the base of the highest part of the San Gabriel Mountains. In 2010 the population of Upland was recorded at 73,732 and growing. As part of the Inland Empire Upland enjoys many of the same benefits as its neighboring cities do, including easy access to Los Angeles, the mountains, beaches and more. Upland is situated between the 10 and 210 freeways which both run west to Los Angeles and east to San Bernardino and beyond.


One of Upland’s notable features is the Madonna of the Trail. A statue put in place at the corner of Foothill Boulevard and Euclid Avenue. It is one of twelve statues that mark the National Old Trails road located throughout the country.  These statues are a symbol of the strength and courage of the women who helped aid in conquering the old trails and wilderness.

The Historic Downtown Upland is comprised of nearly 200 businesses spanning a wide range of products and services produced by the local community for the local community. The Upland Farmer’s Market is also held at the Historic Downtown  every Thursday from April to October.
